2025/06/04CKLR Revision of Submission Guidelines
The editorial committee of "Cheng Kung Law Review" approved the revision of Submission Guidelines at the second meeting of vol.49 in May. 29, 2025.
The original Article 10 of the Submission Guidelines has been deleted:
“If the author of the published paper is willing to allow readers to "Open Access" of her/his paper, this editorial board will pay the authorization fee according to the standard set by the Human Resources and Social Security Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology.”
