PUBLICATION HISTORY
In view of the outstanding teachers and teaching in a conscientious way, as well as publishing articles in various academic seminars and legal journals frequently, after a period of almost five years from the date of establishment of the Graduate School of Law at National Cheng Kung University, a semi-annual journal named “Cheng Kung Law Review” is published online, which adopts a strict academic review system, as well as being opened to domestic and foreign researchers for an article contribution for mutual learning, hoping to promote the progress of domestic legal theory research.
